On the Baron production line, we are committed to develop a safe, clean, and efficient work shop, which not only improves the production quality and efficiency, but provides our employees a comfortable working environment. Humidity & Temperature The machine shop is equipped with Thermometer and Hygrometer. The temperature and humidity will be recorded and monitored by dedicated person. The Machine Shop humidity is maintained at 60%, which keeps the products and raw materials dry and protect them from moisture. The air conditioner keeps the machine shop temperature at 26℃. It absorbs heat from equipment while maintaining products quality, and making employees comfortable. Fire Fighting System We will regularly inspect fire protection facilities, repair and replace damaged facilities promptly. Fire drills are conducted every year and fire passage is kept clean and clear. Management of Tools The tools are placed uniformly, cleaned and replaced on time, and the use time is recorded to minimize the possibility of product contamination. Dangerous Goods Control Avoid using fragile materials in the area where dangerous goods are stored. Record the origin and location of the dangerous goods and regularly check for missing items. Mosquito Control Baron establishes a mosquito control system to reduce the risk of products contamination by mosquitoes. 1. Ensure clean and sanitary environment inside and outside the machine shop. 2. Use tools such as flytraps, mousetraps, and insecticides to prevent mosquitoes. 3. Check the tool regularly and make sure it is working properly. If pests and rodents are found, analyze the source immediately and notify professionals to deal with it. Machine Shop Cleaning 1.Clean the machine shop every day and clean up the garbage in time to avoid pollution. 2.Clean equipment before production and keep equipment clean. 3.Turn on UV sterilization in the workshop production area every day after work. 4.Sanitary standards of the production environment: 1)Total bacterial colonies in the air of the packaging workshop≤2500cfu/m³ 2)Total bacterial colonies on the work surface≤20cfu/cm 3)Total bacterial colonies on workers' hands≤300cfu/hand
